Practicum Coordinator (at the rank of Tutor/Assistant Lecturer) in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 493748) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary)
Applicants should possess at a Master's degree, preferably a Ph.D. degree, in public health or a related discipline. They should have solid experience in programme coordination and project management. Excellent communication skills are expected. Those with experience in managing community-level public health advocacy programmes, and/or undergraduate/postgraduate teaching experience will be highly desirable. The appointee will mainly assist in the coordination of practicum for our flagship Master of Public Health (MPH) programme. He/She will locate practicum placement sites, coordinate placements, liaise with the industry and teachers, monitor student progress, and provide assistance to students and academic supervisors. He/She will also support other teaching and learning activities of the School as required.
