Executive Officer/Clerk I in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 494186) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good university degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Language or Management, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in membership and database management, customer service, alumni relationship or event management. Experience in higher education sector is preferred. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, and strong communication skills are essential. Applicants should be meticulous, self-motivated and have the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines, be a good team player with the ability to multi-task and be very attentive to details. Those with less experience may be appointed as Clerk I. The appointee will organise events for the Faculty Office, including large-scale events like Information Day for Undergraduate Admissions and Congregation. He/She will provide secretarial support to current/ potential alumni associations, committees and groups, and manage alumni databases including the coordination of the development of CRM system. The appointee will also support other portfolios of the Knowledge Exchange and Faculty Advancement Team and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
