Research Assistant I/II (several posts) in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 201701783) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's or a Master’s degree, preferably in Social Sciences, Sciences, Public Health or related disciplines. They should be organised, detail-minded, and confident of building friendly relationships with new acquaintance. Good communication skills in Chinese and English and proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment are essential. Research-related work experience would be an advantage. The appointees will carry out fieldwork in local hospitals/clinics for a population-scale breast cancer study; recruit patients for the study, conduct questionnaire interview; and oversee logistics of research materials. They will also perform general administrative, operational and any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
