Project Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Department of Psychiatry (Ref.: 201800004) (to commence as soon as possible, on a three-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary)

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Management, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Clinical Psychology, with at least 3 years’ full-time work experience.  They should be committed to high quality mental health work.  Leadership experience in mental health projects would be a desirable asset.  The appointee will participate in a large cutting-edge 3-year community mental health project involving screening, early prevention and intervention of mental illness for women from disadvantaged background.  The project has public awareness, screening intervention, training, and research elements.  It aims to develop a model of community women’s mental health that provides data and experience for future service development in Hong Kong. The appointee will be responsible for the overall leadership and implementation of the project.  He/She will work with a multi-disciplinary team based in the University of Hong Kong, in partnership with three NGOs and the Hospital Authority.
