Project Executive (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Department of Psychiatry (Ref.:201800010) (to commence as soon as possible, on a three-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary)

Applicants should have a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years’ full-time work experience, preferably in tertiary institution and event management. They should have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; have good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; be outgoing, flexible, passionate and committed; be a good team player and tactful in dealing with people; and be able to work under pressure and multitasking condition. The appointee will participate in the project “Jockey Club Mental Wellness Project for Women” which is a 3-year comprehensive and eclectic project funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust for women-in-need from disadvantaged background. The project has community public awareness, screening, intervention, training, and research elements. As members of a multi-disciplinary team based in the University of Hong Kong, they will work in partnership with three NGO partners and the Hospital Authority.  The project aims to develop a model of community women’s mental health that provides data and experience for future service development in Hong Kong. The appointee will provide all-round administration support to the new project team, including day-to-day operation and financial management.  He/She will assist in the execution of various public awareness programmes with internal and external parties; prepare project-related materials and reports; and perform other duties as assigned.
