Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the School of Nursing (Ref.: 201800115) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years’ work experience preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua; good knowledge of MS Office and common IT applications including Chinese word processing, Excel and Database Management; excellent interpersonal skills; problem-solving skills; strong sense of responsibility and good time management. They should also be self-motivated; meticulous; attentive to details; a good team player; and able to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Experience in administration of overseas exchange programmes, international networking, and event management would be an advantage.  The appointee will assist in the international affairs and overseas exchange programmes; provide clerical support to the Knowledge Exchange & External Relations team of the School and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and a written test.
