Executive Officer in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 201800121) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree, with basic knowledge of life and death education and at least 3 years' administrative experience preferably in tertiary institutions.  They should have excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, supervisory and event management skills; a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good computer literacy (including Chinese word-processing); knowledge of social media; and the ability to work independently and multi-task.   They should also be a self-starter with an outgoing personality and a positive attitude. Those with basic counselling skills would be an advantage. The appointee will work with a team for the administration and development of the Body Donation Programme (  He/She is expected to liaise with body donors or their family members; handle various enquiries; engage in promoting the Body Donation Programme including liaison with external parties; manage publicity materials including brochures and websites; provide secretarial service to committees and meetings; supervise clerical staff; provide administrative support for research activities and the daily operation of the School; and perform any other duties as assigned.
