Clerical Assistant in the University Health Service (Ref.: 201800137) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (min. grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics; OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 5 years’ work experience. Those with tertiary education background are highly preferred. Applicants should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good telephone manners and communication skills, and good knowledge of PC and software applications (such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). They should also be pleasant and polite, self-motivated, have a strong sense of responsibility with positive attitude and work ethic, as well as the ability to multitask, work independently and under pressure. The appointee will undertake general administrative, secretarial and clerical duties; perform front counter duties; handle enquiries; and any other duties as assigned.
