Executive Officer in the Finance and Enterprises Office (201800145) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary)

Applicants should possess a good university degree or equivalent, with 4 years' post-qualification experience in records management and office administration; be well-organized and able to work independently and proactively; have very good communication, interpersonal, liaison and organizational skills; have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and have good computer literacy such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing and other packaged computing software. The appointee will be required to manage an electronic document management system project from filing design to full implementation and to provide administrative support to the office such as staff recruitments and daily office routines. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
