Communication and Social Media Specialist (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Department of Psychiatry (Ref.: 201800148) (to commence as soon as possible, on a three-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary)

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline, with at least 5 years’ relevant work experience.  Working experience and knowledge in community mental health would be an added advantage. They should have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; be a good team player with superb interpersonal and presentation skills; and be able to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.  The appointee will participate in the project “Jockey Club Mental Wellness Project for Women” which is a 3-year comprehensive and eclectic project for women-in-need from disadvantaged background with community public awareness, intervention, training, and research elements.  The appointee will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and evaluation of public awareness programs to enhance public knowledge, and facilitate the community-based mental health screening of women-in-need.  He/She will also work with three NGO partners on the delivery of public educational activities, setup of online platform, and preparation of marketing and public relation materials.
