Applications are invited for appointment as Research Officer in the AIDS Institute of the Department of Microbiology, to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Microbiology or Biology with post-doctoral work experience in immunology and cell biology.  They should be highly competent in molecular and cellular immunological techniques.   Experience in conducting small animal model, multi-color FACS analysis and cell sorting would be desirable.  The appointee is expected to work independently on research projects related to HIV/AIDS immunotherapy.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
