Executive Officer in the Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care (Ref.: 201800166) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years’ solid administrative work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution.  They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlinesÍž as well as an appropriate level of IT skills.  They should also be a good team player with the ability to multi-task and be attentive to details.  The appointee will oversee the operation of the Department’s general office; and will be responsible for a range of administrative work related to the Department’s academic programmes including curriculum implementation and review, timetabling, research support, report writing, event organization, student affairs, etc.; and perform any other duties as assigned.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
