Part-time Clerk II/Clerical Assistant (holding the functional title of Centre Receptionist) in the Centre for Sports and Exercise (Ref.: 201800173) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; with at least 2 years' relevant work experience.  They should also have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua, good knowledge of PC and software applications, and proficiency in word-processing.  Possession of a valid first-aid certificate and qualification in using automated external defibrillator (AED) would be an advantage.

The appointee will serve as sports centre receptionist.  He/She will be responsible for the handling of sports membership matters, venue bookings and enquiries; providing customer service to the centre users; monitoring the operation of a car parking control system; and performing any other duties as assigned.  The post is based at the Stanley Ho Sports Centre, Sandy Bay and/or Flora Ho Sports Centre, Pokfulam, which opens from 6:30am / 7:30am to 10:30pm daily, apart from certain public holidays.  The appointee is required to work for no more than 18 hours per week. Those with less experience or qualifications may be appointed as Clerical Assistant.
