Research Assistant I/II (holding the functional title of Project Coordinator) in the School of Nursing (Ref.: 201800178) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Nursing, Social Sciences, Psychology, Counselling, Statistics or healthcare-related disciplines, preferably with experience in counselling and phone follow-ups. They should be able to work independently and in a team, self-motivated, familiar with quantitative and qualitative research methods. They should also have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (fluency in Cantonese) as well as good communication skills. The appointee will assist the Principal Investigator in conducting phone follow-ups, field works and data analysis; coordinating ongoing research projects on smoking cessation; drafting reports for research projects; and perform any other duties as assigned. Irregular working hours will be required occasionally.
