Nurse in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 201800199) (to commence as soon as possible until December 31, 2018)

Applicants should possess a Higher Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with a Certificate of Registration (Part I) and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong, plus at least 2 years' work experience in project coordination and fieldwork study in Hong Kong healthcare setting. Experience of working with cancer patients would be an advantage. Applicants should have a good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, exceptional communication skills and IT proficiency. They should also be organised, responsible, detail-minded, and be able to work both independently and as a team. The appointee will carry out a wide range of research activities including data collection, blood taking, and logistics coordination in hospitals and clinics; provide administrative support to a team of researchers in the areas of cancer epidemiology; and perform any other administrative tasks as assigned.
