Fractional/Part-time Clerical Assistant in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 201800209) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary; or on a one-year temporary basis; with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have completed Form 5, preferably with 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese (level 2 from 2007), OR min. level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language and Chinese Language, with good spoken English and computer skills. The appointee will provide facilities, administrative and clerical support for the taught postgraduate programmes in the Admiralty Town Centre; handle enquiries independently; handle office documentation and general administration; provide logistic and clerical support for course arrangements; and perform other duties as assigned.  He/She will be required to work on evenings and Saturdays independently at the Admiralty Town Centre for 6 days a week (from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays AND from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday) and may be required to work overtime as and when necessary.  Applicants who have responded to the previous advertisement (Ref.: 201800008) need not re-apply.
