Student Affairs Assistant I in the Campus Life Section of Centre of Development and Resources for Students (Ref.: 201800588) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have a Diploma/Associate Degree or above, with 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (min. grade C for Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, or min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; and at least 2 years' office experience. They should also have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good organizational and communication skills; the ability to work independently; be meticulous, attentive to details and a good team player. Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Word/Excel/Access, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop would be an advantage. The appointee will provide support in the applications for student visas and student finance; various programmes and student activities; assistance to local and non-local students; production of publications; daily office operations including general clerical duties and answering enquiries; and perform other duties as assigned.

This post is equivalent to the rank of Clerk II in the University. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
