Executive Officer/Clerk I (holding the functional title of Senior Executive Assistant) in the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 201800625) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years’ solid administrative work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution.  They should have a good command of written and spoken English (with an overall band score of 7.5 or above in IELTS; or equivalent) and Chinese; strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; as well as an appropriate level of IT skills. They are also expected to have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervisionÍž and a good sense of tact in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues, including discreet handling of personal and confidential files.  Those with less experience or qualifications may be appointed as Clerk I.  The appointee is expected to provide organizational and administrative support to senior administrators of the Faculty Office in various areas, and to execute duties in financial and human resource management, project management, and general office administration.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
