Student Affairs Assistant II in the Ching Lin Terrace Residence (Ref.: 201800679) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefit scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have a recognized Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma or above, with 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (min. grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics; OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics. They should also have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently; be meticulous, attentive to details and a good team player. Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Office and Adobe Photoshop would be an advantage. The appointee will be responsible for the daily operations mainly in Ching Lin Terrace Residence managed by the Centre of Development and Resources for Students (CEDARS), assist with students' move-in/move-out, maintenance and housekeeping concerns and perform any other duties at other student residences as assigned by the Accommodation Manager of CEDARS. They may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends. Preference will be given to those with relevant student housing experience.
