Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Programme Office of the Faculty of Education (Ref.: 201800707) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree/diploma with at least 2 years'  relevant work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions.  They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; hands-on experience of English and Chinese word processing and PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and knowledge of database management.  They should also be self-motivated, attentive to details, and able to work independently. 

The appointee will provide support to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes coordination and handle student matters including admissions, course enrollment and examination.  He/She will also handle telephone and counter enquiries, assist in daily office operations, provide general support to administrators and academic staff, and perform other duties as assigned.  Those with less qualifications but good relevant experience may also be considered.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
