Executive Officer (holding the functional title of Assistant Manager)/Clerk I/II (several posts) in the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 201800752) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 2-3 years’ administrative work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution.  They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English (with an overall band score of 7.5 or above in IELTS or equivalent) and Chinese; strong communication skills; and an appropriate level of IT skills.  They are expected to have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlinesÍž and a good sense of tact in dealing with sensitive issues, confidential files and/or student information.  Experience in handling teaching and learning grants and/or knowledge exchange projects would be an advantage.  Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Clerk I/II. The appointees will provide administrative support to the teaching and learning team of the Faculty, including matters in relation to Enrichment Year, admissions, examination, curriculum review, and intern/student affairs, etc.   Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
