Research Assistant II in the Department of Psychiatry (Ref.: 201800774) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance).

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social sciences or any related disciplines.  Graduate research experience/degree or the plan to pursue graduate research would be an asset.  The ability to communicate in Cantonese is essential.  Applicants should have a strong commitment to high quality research, good communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the will to persist and persevere through challenges.  The appointee will participate in research projects in early psychosis and at-risk mental state for psychosis utilizing clinical, neurocognitive and neuroimaging approaches.  He/She will carry out clinical interviews and neurocognitive assessments to patients and assist in neuroimaging processing.  They will also be responsible for the development and execution of the research projects, data entry, data management, and analysis of research data.
