Assistant Research Officer in the Department of Psychiatry (Ref.: 201800776) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance).

Applicants should possess a Master’s degree or above in statistics, mathematical modelling, psychology, nursing, public health, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years’ work experience in data management. Knowledge of statistical software (e.g. SPSS, R, SAS, Stata) is required. They should have a strong statistical and mathematical sense; solid programming knowledge; a good command of English and Chinese; effective communication and interpersonal skills; and the ability to work independently. The appointee will primarily be responsible for conducting statistical analysis of data on studies of early psychosis. He/She will also be required to produce reports; provide support to the daily operation of the division; and perform other duties as assigned.
