Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Chemistry, to commence on September 1, 2018 or as soon as possible thereafter for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry with a strong background and experience in protein overexpression, plasmid design, and bioinformatics. They should have proficiency in written and spoken English, a strong sense of responsibility, good organizational skills, and ability to work independently. The appointee is expected to identify new cancer biomarkers and conduct in vitro and in vivo biochemical studies.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
