Finance Manager/Assistant Finance Manager (2 posts) in the Finance and Enterprises Office (Ref.:201800844) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a recognized degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related discipline and a professional accounting qualification with at least 6 years' post-degree experience in auditing and/or accounting, and proficiency in PC and accounting software applications such as Oracle Financials and QlikView.  They should also have a good command of English and Chinese, strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and self-motivation. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.  The appointees’ duties include but not limited to: (a) prepare timely regular and ad-hoc financial reports and variance analyses; (b) prepare financial highlights and forecasts, projections and analyses; (c) assist in formulating business models for evaluation; (d) participate in the resource planning and management; and (e) review and recommend improvement to the financial reports.  Applicants with less experience/qualifications may be considered for appointment as Assistant Finance Manager.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.  

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
