Executive Officer in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 201800875) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ work experience.  Prior experience in taught postgraduate programme administration is highly preferred.  They should be a good team player and self-starter with a positive attitude, great attention to details, and the ability to handle multi-tasks and work independently.  A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required and fluency of Putonghua would definitely be an advantage.  The appointee will provide support to the administration of taught postgraduate programmes in the Faculty, including marketing and admissions, programme operations, academic coordination, interacting with prospective candidates, students and other stakeholders; and perform other duties as assigned.  He/She may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends, and travel to the Mainland China.   The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus.
