Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 201800876) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent academic qualifications, with at least 2 years’ work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution.  They should also have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, good interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently, and be mature and self-motivated.  Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage. Those with higher qualifications may be offered the functional title of Executive Assistant.  

The appointee will provide support to the administration of taught postgraduate programmes in the Faculty, including marketing and admissions, programme operations, academic coordination, interacting with prospective candidates, students and other stakeholders; and perform other duties as assigned.  He/She may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends, and travel to the Mainland China.   The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus.
