IT Manager (Ref: 201800881) and IT Officer (Ref.: 201800818) in the Information Technology Services (ITS) (on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) related discipline, with at least 5 years' relevant experience for the IT Manager post. Those with less working experience would be considered for the appointment as IT Officer. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the IT Officer post. Applicants should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fast learning capability, and good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. They should have good knowledge and relevant experience in advanced mobile and web app development (full stack native/hybrid mobile apps across different devices), good exposure and understanding in some of the following tools: mobile IDE tools (React Native, Vue, Cordova), web standards (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax), data integration/API (databases, Hadoop/Spark, Node.js, REST, JSON), programming languages (Swift, Objective-C, Java, Python); and experience in organizing large data structures using NoSQL, MongoDB, ELK and application of AI (TensorFlow, CNN, RNN, chatbot).  Certification in ITIL and PRINCE2 is an advantage. 

The appointees will be assigned to work on developments of mobile and web applications embedded with the potential usages of device sensors and big data technologies, and other duties of IT Services.
