Executive Officer in the Technology­Enriched Learning Initiative (Ref.: 201800909) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two­year fixed-term basis, with contract­end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have a university degree, with at least 3 years' solid work experience in a higher education institution, preferably in administration and/or publicity event management. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; a mature, self-motivated and outgoing personality; the ability to work independently and as a team; and be able to handle multi­tasks and under pressure. Those with knowledge of Putonghua and experience in handling human resource and finance matters are preferred. The appointee will provide support for e­learning and teaching and learning initiatives. He/She will work with a team of multimedia production professionals, instructional designers, e-learning technologists, and research colleagues, and will undertake a wide range of duties including human resource; financial arrangements; committee support; organizing functions; general office administration; and special projects. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
