Senior IT Assistant in the Faculty of Engineering (Ref.: 201800933) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline and preferably skills and knowledge of Java, PHP, and .Net programming. Knowledge of web-based application development and GUI development would be an advantage. They should also have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. Good communication and presentation skills are also preferred as the appointee might be required to run demonstrations or presentations. Duties include design, implementation, testing and setup of the systems; IT support in the office and events; system administration and any other duties as assigned.
