Senior Research Assistant/Research Assistant I in the School of Nursing (Ref.: 201800960) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary; or to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Master’s degree or above in nursing, social sciences, psychology, counselling, public health, statistics, biostatistics, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years’ relevant work experience in research project management. Those with less experience may be considered as Research Assistant I. Applicants should be able to work independently and in a team, self-motivated, and familiar with quantitative research methods. They should also have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with excellent communication and project management skills. Experience in randomised control trials and policy survey would be an advantage. The appointee will assist the Principal Investigator in managing ongoing research projects; writing proposals; drafting reports and publications for research projects; and performing other duties as assigned. Irregular working hours will be required occasionally.
