Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the School of Nursing (Ref.: 201800984) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should have a recognized Bachelor’s degree preferably in public relations, marketing or a related discipline, with at least 2 years’ work experience in public relations, marketing and event management. Experience in event management in tertiary institutions would be a definite advantage. Applicants should have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good knowledge of MS Office and common IT applications including Chinese word processing, Excel and database management; excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; a strong sense of responsibility; and good time management skills. They should also be self-motivated, meticulous, attentive to details, a good team player, and able to work independently and handle multiple tasks. The appointee will provide clerical support to the Knowledge Exchange & External Relations Team of the School to organize various events, and perform other duties as assigned.
