Student Affair Assistant I (holding the functional title of Project Assistant) (2 posts) in the Centre of Development and Resources for Students (Ref.: 201801024) (to commence as soon as possible for one year)

Applicants should possess a recognized Degree/Higher Diploma or above. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good communication and organizational skills; the ability to work independently and under pressure; proficiency in PC and software applications; and knowledge in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.  They should also be self-motivated and a good team player.  Preference will be given to those with experience in event planning and organization (preferably large-scale events) and strong writing skills.  Experience in video production and editing will be an advantage.  Fresh graduates are welcome. The appointee will assist in planning and organizing new initiatives in supporting students; liaising with students and student groups; creative writing in various communication channels including but not limited to social media, multimedia and design production; programme administration and performing other duties as assigned. 

This post is equivalent to the rank of Clerk II in the University. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
