Clerk I/II in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 201801026) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ solid work experience in office administration, preferably in a university setting. They should have a strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; as well as an appropriate level of IT skills. They should also be able to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision, and be a good team player with self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility. Those with less qualification/experience may be considered as Clerk II. The appointee will provide administrative support in the management of academic programmes and student affairs, and perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
