Executive Officer / Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) (2 posts) in the Department of Psychiatry (Ref.: 201801039) (to commence as soon as possible, on a three-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should have a good Bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years' full-time work experience. Solid experience in tertiary institution and event management are preferred.  They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good communication, organization, and people management skills; competence in relevant IT knowledge; event coordination skills; and the ability to work independently and to multi-task. They should also be highly motivated to contribute towards the growth and development of a busy department in the University. Applicants with lower qualifications or less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Assistant. The appointees will handle administrative tasks relating to personnel and financial management; and support staff management in teaching, research, and clinical roles of the Department. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefit.
