Secretary II in the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine (Ref.: 201801050) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year’s work experience. Those with 5 passes including English (min. grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics in HKCEE, or min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with substantial experience and a track record of secretarial or administrative experience in tertiary institutions may also be considered. Applicants should have a good command of English and Chinese, good knowledge of and skills in computer applications (including MS Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint), general experience in project management, and the ability to multi-task. They should also be detail-oriented, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Knowledge of IT and experience in financial management would be advantages. The appointee will provide secretarial and clerical support to clinical staff, assist in project management, and perform other duties as assigned.
