Executive Officer (2 posts) in the Faculty of Social Sciences (Ref: 201801052) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' solid administrative work experience; an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; effective communication and organizational skills; evidence of leadership; good computer skills; the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines; and the ability to work independently and in a team.  They should also be sensible, responsible and attentive to details.

For Post A, the appointee will provide administrative support to co-ordinate and oversee special community/research projects, including event planning and implementation, production of publicity materials, human resources and financial management, and perform other duties as assigned. For Post B, the appointee will provide secretarial services to the Dean, serve as secretary in meetings; provide general administrative support; and perform other duties as assigned.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
