Administrative Assistant II in the Examinations Office, Academic Support and Examinations Section of the Registry (Ref.: 201801063) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' work experience at supervisory level, preferably in tertiary institutions.  They should have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills; good IT knowledge; ability to handle multi-tasks under pressure with a high level of independence and self-motivation; and a strong sense of responsibility.

The appointee will provide administrative support to University examinations and External Examiners, assist in the coordination of central timetabling of the University and allocation of centrally-administered classrooms; provide secretarial support to committees and working groups, assist in the coordination of development and implementation of IT systems and automation projects; and perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
