Senior Research Assistant in the HKJC Centre for Suicide Research and Prevention within the Faculty of Social Sciences (Ref.: 201801067) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Education, or related disciplines, with at least 5 years’ teaching experience in school or with school children/adolescents. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office package and SPSS; good analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills; experience in curriculum development; and the ability to work independently and in a team. Those with experience in project coordination and undertaking research and publication related to mental health and who are immediately available are preferred. The appointee will implement programmes for schools and provide support to the project.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
