Administrative Assistant II in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy (Ref.: 201801173) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good university degree, with at least 5 years' relevant hands-on managerial experience at supervisory level in the tertiary education sector or a related field. An excellent command of English and Chinese, a high level of communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and strong problem solving skills are essential. They should be attentive to details; self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility; able to multitask; able to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure to meet tight deadlines; and a good team player. The appointee will provide administrative support to the Department, and will play a versatile role in leading junior executive and clerical staff in a wide spectrum of administrative work related to teaching and learning, research, and human capital management. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefit.
