Senior Project Assistant in the Development & Alumni Affairs Office (Ref.: 498670) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' work experience in Information Technology. They should have solid background in web development, preferably with experience in WordPress and Wix; proficiency in multimedia production and editing; and knowledge of electronic direct marketing (eDM) and social media platforms. They should also have good interpersonal skills, self-motivated attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork; and the ability to work independently and to handle multi-tasks. The appointee will be responsible for maintaining various digital platforms and systems, providing day-to-day support and troubleshooting to end users, and performing ad-hoc IT/event support outside normal office hours. Those with less experience or qualifications may be considered for appointment as Project Assistant.
