Research Assistant I/II in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy (Ref.: 499226) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in science, medicine or related disciplines, with a strong background in clinical pharmacy, epidemiology or public health. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, excellent communication skills, and competence in biostatistics. They should be able to multitask, and to work independently as well as in a team.
The appointee will work on population-based pharmacoepidemiology and pharmacoeconomics research projects using healthcare big data. He/She will assist in the administrative work and provide support to the research team. The post will provide a good opportunity for professional growth.
