Research Assistant I/II in the Centre for Safe Medication Practice and Research of the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy (Ref: 500159) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a postgraduate degree in public health, computer science, biostatistics or related disciplines. A background in health sciences would be an advantage. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; excellent communication and project management skills; competence in statistics and R/SAS; and the ability to multitask, work independently as well as in a team.
The appointee will work with a team of researchers on projects related to big data and pharmacoepidemiology. The post will provide a good opportunity for professional growth and working closely with the Research Lead.
