Clerical Assistant in the Centre on Behavioral Health within the Faculty of Social Sciences (Ref.: 500256) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)
Applicants should possess a Diploma or above, with 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics. They should have at least 3 year’s full-time work experience; a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organizational skills; the ability to work independently and under pressure; and proficiency in PC and software applications (e.g. MS Excel and Word processing). They should also be mature, detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. The appointee will provide general clerical support, assist in organizing events and taught postgraduate programmes, and perform other duties as assigned. Occasional work outside normal office hours and on weekends may be required.
