Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Centre for PanorOmic Sciences (CPOS) (Ref.: 500268) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

We are inviting high calibre candidates to join us.  The incumbent will have the opportunity to work with teammates in a professional and supportive environment, gain practical experience, develop new skills and showcase his/her talents.

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 1-2 years’ work experience preferably in tertiary institutions or in the education sector.  They should be a fast learner, a good team player, attentive to details, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.  A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; and an appropriate level of IT skills are required.  He/She will provide support in procurement, payment, laboratory/office maintenance and general administration; and perform other duties as assigned.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.  Information about CPOS can be obtained at
