Research Assistant I/II (several posts) in Manpower Planning and Projection in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 501865) (to commence as soon as possible on a one-year temporary basis or two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or above in public health, social sciences, statistics or related disciplines. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese), and good interpersonal and communication skills. They should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in statistical software packages (such as R, Matlab, etc.) and experience in statistical analysis would be advantages.
The appointee will assist in manpower planning and projection, conduct literature reviews, coordinate projects, perform data analysis, write reports and papers, and liaise with the steering committees.
