Full-time/Part-time Clerk II (holding the functional title of Assistant Academic Programme Officer) in the Faculty of Architecture (Ref.: 502394) (to commence as soon as possible for three months, with the possibility for renewal)

Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (min. grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in tertiary institution; OR a recognized Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with at least 2 years’ work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude, and be able to work independently and under pressure. A good command of English and Chinese; effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; as well as an appropriate level of IT skills are essential.

The appointee will provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support to academic programmes including recruitment and admissions, curriculum management, student matters, and examinations. He/She will also assist in Faculty events and projects, and perform other duties as assigned.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits, if applicable.
