Executive Officer/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Department of Psychiatry (Ref.: 502887) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed term basis with contract end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in communications, public health, psychology, nursing, social work, occupational therapy, clinical psychology or a relevant discipline, with at least 3 years’ full-time work experience in public communication and/or event management. They should demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, and a high standard of teamwork. Experience in online campaign, internet marketing, and the management of social media platforms would be an asset. The appointee will design, develop and implement high quality mental health public awareness and screening initiatives with an aim to detect and prevent mental health problems in the community.
