Hall Executive in Lady Ho Tung Hall (Ref.: 503370) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have completed Form 5 or above, with 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, or min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, preferably a recognized Degree, with at least 3 years of work experience.  They should also have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good communication and interpersonal skills; and proficiency in MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, and database management.  The appointee will provide full administrative support to the Site Manager; handle student residence information including lodging fees payment; manage records of student residents; provide logistic support to hall events; supervising junior staff; and perform other duties as assigned.  He/She may be required to work outside normal office hours.  Shortlisted candidates may be invited to attend a written test and an interview as appropriate.  This post is equivalent to the rank of Clerk II in the University.
