Executive Officer (holding the functional title of Project Manager) in School of Public Health (Ref.: 508060) (to commence to commence as soon as possible on a one-year temporary basis or a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years’ work experience preferably in the higher education sector. They should be attentive to details, self-motivated, and competent in general administration and financial management. They should also be able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines, and to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. They should have a good command of English and Chinese; effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; IT competence; a strong sense of responsibility; and a positive attitude. The appointee will provide executive support to Project Investigator on a wide spectrum of tasks, including but not limited to academic programme management, liaison with internal and external stakeholders, event coordination and management, committee support, student support services, and general office administration. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

The appointment on fixed terms will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary.
